Trackables, You Say?

So, there are Four Great Chinese Classics, four novels which are so central to Chinese learning that you are not considered educated if you haven’t read them.  Well, about a month ago I got a bunch of travel bugs.  About a week ago, it occurred to me that four bugs and four books seem to be a match made in…something literary.  I didn’t know how I was going to do it until I was the Mundo del Walton for something (I don’t like that place, but sometimes you need something important at 2AM on Thanksgiving).  And then I saw them: badge holders.  They’re aluminum frames for holding badges, credit cards (people do that?), or any other card type of thing.  They were cheap and easy, which is perfect!  So I spent a couple hours on the glorious Intertubes looking for appropriate images and another hour adjusting them to the right size.  Follow that up with a trip to where the color printers are and we have art!

So, I walked them over to my nearest cache to register a first log and tomorrow I’m going to see about putting them out into the wild.  Maybe I might give them to some buddies at an event?  We shall see!

[Full Disclosure: I already gave them all out!  If I was a smarter man, I would have waited until the Trackable thing started today, but I didn’t do it for credit!  I did it out of love.  Or some kind of crap like that…]
