
The morning was cool with a light breeze and damp with drizzle when I pulled into the parking lot, across from a convenience store. I don’t dislike the courthouse. It’s a stylish, but perfectly serviceable building and I see nothing (based on its remote location) to make me think it had any competition in town. My visit would be swift. There was already a cache onsite named, aptly enough, Bossier Parish Courthouse.

A nano stuck to the corner of all that iron surrounding the monument. It was grabbed, signed, and returned quickly enough. If anything, it was almost anti-climactic. There was just nothing to see or do here.
