I’ve been prepping for a road trip for a while. This has been in the works for quite some time. More than a year, actually. I’ve got four things to accomplish this upcoming trip, three of which are geocaching related:
1. Complete the last three counties of Oklahoma.
2. Pass through Enid again.
3. Sign the Oklahoma 77 County Challenge in Oklahoma City.
4. Be in Colby on Saturday Morning.
Yes. Barring weirdness, I should be dropping in on Mingo Madness in a couple of days.
Not entirely sure of my timetable. I’ve got not only a slightly longer frame than I originally thought I would, making scheduling a little harder than I thought it would be, but I’ve got an unsure departure time. My itinerary will be a little different depending on whether I leave today or tomorrow. Whatever permutation my travel takes, there will likely not be a Friday entry. I’ll be on the road. There will be a Monday entry, but I don’t know what form that will take. I might still be traveling. Scratch that. I probably will still be traveling. But I guess this is how adventure is born. Or some kind of crap like that.
There are a lot of great gadget caches in Colby. I only wish I had the time to do more of them.
