So, how many Washington Counties does this make now? Checking through the archives, this makes number four. It’s a nice courthouse, though it seems a bit like a large house with a tower on it. Of course, at the time, I didn’t have a particular opinion on it, primarily because at that time of the morning my brain wasn’t firing on all ten cylinders (he said as if his brain was some kind of powerful yet finely tuned machine [he said in the third person]).

The cache turned out to be a photo canister under a brick at the foot of a telephone pole.
